Elon Musk-owned electric vehicle company Tesla’s Enhanced Autopilot is available in the US and China. Teslarati reports that Enhanced Autopilot costs $6,000. It costs approximately 31,970 Yuan ($4,779) in China. Enhanced Autopilot includes Navigate on Autopilot and Auto Lane Change, Autopark and Summon. Earlier this year, Tesla released Enhanced Autopilot for Australia and New Zealand. Enhanced Autopilot is available in New Zealand for $3,615, while it is available in Australia for $3,579. Enhanced Autopilot has the same features in all four nations.
Musk suggested that Tesla might re-release Enhanced Autopilot outside of Australia and New Zealand after the success of Enhanced Autopilot. Tesla owner Trevor Page inquired about the Enhanced Autopilot program stating that “FSD is still too expensive for what you get”.
Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD), which costs $12,000 currently, includes all the functionality of Basic Autopilot or Enhanced Autopilot as well as traffic light and stop sign controls.
